MOVIES ON THE SETS

ON THE SETS IS OUR HRITHIK'S MOVIE "KABHI KUSHI KABHI GHAM"

The film stars Amitabh and Jaya Bachchan, Shahrukh and Kajol, Hrithik and Kareena.

The shot was being composed in the Bachchan family home. The camera zooms on the Bachchan family from behind. They are celebrating the joyous occasion of Diwali. As the camera zooms in further, we see that the family is praying to Lord Ram on Diwali day. Their home is lit up for the joyous occasion, but it is a subdued joy. Something's surely amiss!

The eldest Bachchan son played by Shahrukh is nowhere to be seen. He is not a part of the celebration. The minds of the parents are swirling with juggernaut of emotions. They are missing Shahrukh very much. Younger son Hrithik hallucinates, imagining Shah Rukh to be around and his face lights up for a split second. Tears well up in his eyes when he doesn't see bade bhaiya. This is the shot being canned.

Speaking to Karan Johar after the shoot, he revealed that Rani Mukherjee is the latest addition to his Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham! Rani is doing a special cameo appearance as the girl whom Shah Rukh Khan is supposed to marry. Rani has a short but a sweet and strong role in the movie with two songs and some scenes.

Obviously, if Shahrukh ended up marrying Rani, what would happen to poor Kajol!!!
